Routine health programs will be implemented in all PT GMR and partner work areas. The main purpose of this program is to ensure that every employee works in a healthy and focused condition, in order to maintain work productivity and safety.
If an employee is found to be unwell, further action will be taken as needed and will be continued to the supervisor.
In addition, every two weeks there will be an inspection of medicines and medical equipment in the work area and work partners to ensure availability and appropriateness of use.
PT GMR has also established cooperation with the local health center, so that if further treatment is needed, employees can be immediately referred to the health facility.
PT Gayo Mineral Resources Safety Program Activities. Ensure that incoming employees will carry out safety induction, both new employees and employees returning from leave by providing health safety information and safety issues.
In doing high risk work, a joint assessment will be carried out and a work document will be made. Facilities and equipment will be commissioned and periodically checked to ensure the readiness of work equipment is safe and suitable for operation.
Employees will be given training related to safety and health to support the knowledge of employees who work and can carry out work activities safely.
In activities once a week, safetytalk activities are carried out and every morning P5M activities are carried out 5-minute safety briefing at the beginning of work and at the end of the activity, a meeting will be held to ensure work whether there are safety issues for improvement.
Routine activities to inspect the day shift and night shift work areas to monitor work partners to work safely and provide safety breafing directions with work partners.
Activities to inspect safety equipment in a determined schedule, making a routine schedule in 1 month to join the field section department (mapping and survey).
If there is a falling tree, landslide on the provincial access road, the safety and rapid response team will help secure and coordinate with the cross-sectoral.
B3 waste management activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, starting from the identification process, temporary storage in TPS B3 (Temporary Storage Site), to transportation by licensed third parties. B3 waste is taken from engine oil when changing, then collected at TPS B3. Waste packaging is carried out to prevent the risk of leaking or spilling, which causes contamination of soil, water and air.
Environmental monitoring is carried out routinely every day to ensure that water and soil quality are in a safe condition and in accordance with the established NAB (Threshold Value) quality standards. This activity includes sampling at predetermined coordinate points in upstream and downstream areas carried out by PT GMR’s internal and involving accredited external parties. In addition to analyzing environmental quality parameters, this monitoring also includes periodic water discharge measurements. The results of this monitoring serve as comparative data between upstream and downstream conditions, as well as a basis for evaluation in sustainable environmental management.

He is also active as Deputy Chairman of the Association and Association of KADIN Indonesia 2021-2025 and is still actively serving as a commissioner in several companies in Indonesia.
